Student Services

Access Careers understands the importance of career placement for our graduates. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive placement assistance to help our students successfully transition into the workforce. As part of our commitment, we offer resume preparation services at no cost to our students.

Our career services coordinator works diligently to establish strong connections with employers and staffing agencies. Through these partnerships, we strive to secure job opportunities for our graduates for up to six (6) months after their program completion. While our goal is to achieve a 100% placement rate, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee employment for every student or graduate.

To further support our students in their job search, Access Careers hosts job fairs on a regular basis. During these events, various agencies visit our school with the intention of recruiting and hiring candidates who meet their eligibility requirements. We encourage all students and graduates to attend these job fairs to explore employment opportunities.

When attending a job fair, we recommend bringing the following items with you:

  1. Current resume: Ensure that your resume is up-to-date and tailored to highlight your skills and qualifications.
  2. Current physical, negative PPD or chest x-ray, and MMR titers: Some employers may require proof of your physical health status. It is beneficial to have these documents readily available.
  3. Proof of legal status: Employers often require proof of your legal status to work in the United States. Make sure to bring appropriate documentation.
  4. Social Security card: Having your social security card with you can expedite the hiring process.
  5. Letters of reference: Letters of reference from previous employers or educational institutions can provide valuable insights into your work ethic and capabilities.

If you have any further questions or would like to contact our career services team, please email us at [email protected]. We are here to assist you in your job search and help you navigate the path to a successful career.

At Access Careers, we are committed to the success of our graduates. We strive to provide valuable placement services, networking opportunities, and ongoing support to ensure our students have the best possible chances for career advancement and growth.
